Our main product, Munch Bowls are wholesome edible crisp wheat bowls giving an alternative to single-use plastic bowls used at on-the-go convenient food outlets and event catering.

SHELF LIFE

15 months if stored sealed in cool dry place.
If needed to restore crispness, place in oven for 3 - 5 minutes at 70° - 100° C
(158° - 212° F)

300ml Bowls - Perfect size to hold in the palm of your hand. Can hold any food even hot soup for at least 3 hours.
150ml Saucer - Bake quiches or tarts in them or use to serve mini mezze platters.

Ingredients

Our raw ingredients are carefully sauced taking care of both the consumer and environment.

Flour (gluten/allergen) – Stone ground and unbleached
Digestive Bran (gluten/allergen)
Vegan – no animal products used
Rooibos infused – A natural preservative (a herb that contains natural preservative and antioxidant qualities)
Low in fat
Plant oil, Salt & Sugar
Chemical and GMO free

Tips & Ideas

If needed to restore crispness, place in oven for 3-5 minutes at 70°-100°C (158°-212°F).
To warm food, microwave on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
If the bowl has not been eaten simultaneously with the dished food, then finish the balance of the bowl with tasty dips.
Great for events, picnics, parties, … even for formal dinner parties.
Dip top of sweet bowl in melted chocolate or paint inside with melted chocolate.
Bake quiches or tarts in the 150ml saucers.
Should one need to prepare food in advance, then paint the inside of the bowl with a thin layer of soft butter/margarine or melted chocolate before filling with cold food.
