Beetroot & Orange Salad

- 10-12 small beetroot, washed & cooked until just tender
- 2-3 oranges peeled & white pith removed
- 100-150 g mix of salad leaves of choice
- 1-2 slices feta cheese cut in squires
- 50 ml olive oil
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar
- 20 ml honey
- 5-10 ml fresh or 2,5 ml dried thyme
- salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Peel beetroot & cut into small squares
- Slice oranges and segment slices carefully
- Cut feta in small squires
- Place green salad leaves in a Munch Bowl & top with the salad ingredients
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately
- Ideal as a starter in a smaller 150 ml Munch Bowl
- Before dishing food in a munch bowl, bake in oven for - 5 minutes at 70 - 100'C making bowl more crisp
- Serve Guacamole or other tasty dips to scoop up with left over bowls, finishing bowl & all ... enjoy!
